First Journal Entry...

Well this is my first journal entry, and hopefully it's the beginning of regular entries. I guess I will use this "blog" as a way to post my thoughts, and my daily adventures (or lack of).

As most of you know, Jamie's "mum" has been here for the past month, so we have been playing the parts of host and hostess and tour guides. This means that we have been going to the beach a lot more frequently (wonderful, should be doing anyway), and have been going shopping every other weekend (absolutely fabulous.) So that is what has been keeping us busy for the last month.

There won't be much time to rest and relax though, because in less than two weeks we leave for New Zealand for three weeks. I can't believe it is almost here, the time has really flown for me this year. I would have to say this is one of the, if not THE, fastest years of my life. So hopefully this on-line journal will come in handy over there if I have internet access, because I will try to add almost daily, and looking at the itinerary that we have planned out for ourselves, there should be quite a bit to write.

Well I will leave it at that, it's getting late, and I have work in the morning.
